Professor Huan-Tsung Chang is the Editor-in-Chief of this journal. Prof. Chang is a Distinguished Professor in the Department of Chemistry, National Taiwan University and Adjunct Chair Professor in the Department of Chemistry, Chung Yuan Christian University.
