(Helmholtz Zentrum München – German Research Center for Environmental Health) A new combined therapy for obesity and diabetes has been shown to suppress the appetite and at the same time increase energy expenditure. Scientists from the Helmholtz Zentrum München and the Technical University of Munich (TUM), partner institutions of the German Center for Diabetes Research (DZD), have reported their findings in 'Nature Communications'.
