Trends in US Physician Participation and Withdrawal from the Medicare Program, 2013–2023

A comprehensive study spanning from 2013 to 2023 has illuminated patterns in physician engagement with Medicare, unearthing not only an overall increase in participation but also alarming signs of withdrawal concentrated in vulnerable areas.
