The 6th World Congress on Targeting Phage Therapy 2023 will take place on June 1-2 at IRIS, Paris, France.

Targeting Phage 2023: Questions, Controversies, and What is Next?

Targeting Phage Therapy 2023 will highlight the recent innovations and clinical applications of phages, validation and limitations. Targeting Phage Therapy 2023 will also cover how phages will transform the medicine of tomorrow.

International phage therapy and infectious disease experts will cover the following points:

  • Phage Therapy: A Glance Throughout the Years
  • Phage Therapy in Action: A Glimpse Within the Nations
  • Bacteriophages Today: Prophylactic & Therapeutic Potential
  • Phage Therapy: Towards Amplification and Innovation
  • Industrial Innovations – 10 Minutes to Convince

Access the full program.

More Than Just Scientific Knowledge at Targeting Phage Therapy 2023:

The regulation and legal aspects will also be debated and a kind of consensus will be elaborated at the end of the meeting. A discussion will also be held on how to overcome barriers between experts, academics, industrials, and regulators.

The chairman, Prof. Marvin Edeas, Institut Cochin, INSERM U1016, Université de Paris, stated: “Our aim is not to only gather speakers, but we must find an issue to bring phage therapy to another level. Each speaker will highlight where we are now and where we are heading. I believe that phages will be the hottest topic not only to combat infection and antibiotic resistance, but also to modulate our microbiota.”
