Artificial Intelligence, Space Food & Polyphenols: 2 Ambitious Projects

Polyphenols Applications 2023 World Congress, which will be held on September 28-29 in Malta, will support 2 projects in order to advance in the polyphenols innovations:

1- Polyphenols & Artificial Intelligence:

This project aims to leverage artificial intelligence techniques to enhance the understanding and utilization of polyphenols. You will utilize machine-learning algorithms to analyze large datasets on polyphenols, including their chemical structures, bioactivities, and health effects. By developing predictive models, your aim is to uncover patterns and correlations that can guide the identification of novel polyphenols with therapeutic potential. Additionally, you will explore the optimization of polyphenol formulations using AI algorithms to enhance stability, bioavailability, and sensory attributes.

2- Polyphenols & Space Food:

This project focuses on the development of space food that incorporates polyphenols to enhance the nutritional value and well-being of astronauts during space missions. We will analyze the stability, bioavailability, and sensory aspects of polyphenols in space food formulations. The team will work on optimizing the preservation of polyphenols’ beneficial properties, considering space constraints such as weight limitations and shelf life requirements. You will also explore innovative ways to integrate polyphenols into different types of space food, ensuring their compatibility with the unique challenges of space travel.

If you and your team are enthusiastic about contributing to both or one of the projects and would welcome the opportunity to collaborate, you are invited to submit your project proposal.

More information about the projects and submission.
