The AI component dynamically adjusts the scenario based on the trainee’s responses, ensuring a uniquely challenging and adaptive experience designed to refine decision-making under pressure.

Crisis responders must establish trust rapidly and convey empathy, which is paramount for de-escalating volatile situations.
