From Isolation to Depression: Sleep and Frailty Link

Social isolation has become an increasingly recognized determinant of various health outcomes, particularly in the context of mental health. Recent research from China brings fresh insights into understanding how social isolation can lead to depression, emphasizing the pivotal roles of sleep duration and frailty as mediating factors.
