The ChinaRRAM International Workshop launches its first edition on June 12th-14th of 2017 at Soochow University, with the objective of becoming the major forum for discussion on resistive random access memories and related applications in China. Topics of interest include: ReRAM, CBRAM, 2D materials in RRAM, in-situ characterization methods, and RRAM based neuromorphic computing. Confirmed invited speakers are:

Selected contributions will be published in Crystal Research & Technology (Wiley-VCH). The deadline for abstracts submission is April 15th.
