The American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) will be hosting its Annual Meeting, April 1-5, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C.
The meeting will draw approximately 19,500 scientists, clinicians, advocates, and others to discuss advances in the field of cancer science. The multidisciplinary program will include an outstanding roster of speakers, hundreds of invited talks, and more than 6,000 proffered papers.

Reporters planning to cover remotely should also register so that they receive all relevant communications sent out by the AACR Department of Communications and Public Relations during the meeting.
Public information officers at medical institutes and cancer centers (limit two PIOs per institution) can also register by contacting Riley.
The press room will be located in Room 149 of the Walter E. Washington Convention Center (801 Mount Vernon Place NW, Washington, D.C. 20001).The press room is a fully functioning office with computers, printers, wireless internet access, and refreshments for registered reporters.
