ESMO welcomes media interested in obtaining information and reporting on cancer issues. Media representatives are required to observe and abide by the ESMO Media Policy, which applies to all ESMO events.

Press registration to ESMO events is free to bona fide journalists. Journalists who wish to attend ESMO meetings must present a letter of assignment and a valid press card, together with proof of published articles for freelance writers. We encourage pre-registration, in order to avoid delays accessing press conferences and the working area on site.

Support from the ESMO Press Office will be available for meetings. We will be happy to help arrange interviews and access abstracts and slides. For some meetings, a working room for journalists will be available.
